In this report, based on interviews with leaders, secondary research and examination of best practice, we identify eight themes that are driving the agenda for leadership change.

It is a time of rapid change, new forms of competitor emerge, and others forge ahead. An attitude of ‘If it ain’t broke don’t fix it’ is a highly risky attitude.

New approaches are needed.
