Andrew works with organisations to meet the challenges of Strategy Implementation, Change and Change Leadership, Leading in Times of Complexity and Uncertainty (the VUCA world), Risk and Safety Leadership, Building High Performing Teams, Effective Communication skills and Influence. Also as an Executive Coach, he is highly experienced in the use of a number of psychometrics and 360 tools.
He is passionate about building great client relationships to create leadership solutions grounded in business context. He has worked with global clients as a facilitator/orchestrator for Duke Corporate Education for the past 8 years developing agile leaders and teams who can in turn build faster-moving adaptable organisations for today’s complex world.
Andrew’s career started in the steel industry followed by 22 years’ service in the Royal Navy. He has worked at the strategic, operational and tactical levels and spent 3 years as Head of the Royal Navy Leadership Academy. His personal leadership journey is diverse, from working with teams in the Antarctic and Caribbean, to leading a 26 nation observation team on the Iraq/Kuwait border prior to the second Gulf War.
