Making SuccessFactors a jewel in Pandora's crown

Jewellery manufacturer and retailer Pandora Group had subscribed to SAP Success Factors for more than two years. But the system had only been rolled out to ten per cent of the company and the user experience was poor.

At the request of the new CHRO, Change Associates reset the implementation plan, provided SAP-specific expertise in processes and change, and prepared the Pandora team to take the programme forward.

Within eight months SuccessFactors had been implemented in 60% of the company, within budget and the deadline. Change Associates introduced an implementation partner to work with the Pandora staff to complete the final 40%.
