Four new case studies spanning four continents

We've recently added four new case studies to help explain how we add value for our clients.

In Guiding Civil Service HR on their journey to the Cloud we discuss how our associates created a suite of change management materials to help HR teams make change happen in a rapidly developing environment. Based on a six-stage Cloud-implementation model, the materials included a management handbook, tools and templates.

Creating a positive Partner / Customer Experience Value Chain for John Lewis & Partners describes how we mapped Partners' experiences onto John Lewis's well-established customer journey to understand the critical touchpoints required to deliver 'moments of magic' for Partners and customers alike.

Culture diagnosis in BBC World Service describes a project we delivered in Africa. Following group workshops and one-to-one interviews in five countries and a survey to all Africa-based staff, we presented service with recommendations for communicating expectations around a culture that reinforced BBC values.

Global implementation of Workday and shared services for Wolters Kluwer was a truly global project spanning London, Amsterdam, New York and APAC. We redesigned processes to support the implementation of the new HRIS and managed the interdependencies with the emerging shared services.

You can find more examples of our work in the case studies page of this site.
