Following group workshops and one-to-one interviews in five countries and a survey to all Africa-based staff, we presented service with recommendations for communicating expectations around a culture that reinforced BBC values.
Global implementation of Workday and shared services for Wolters Kluwer was a truly global project spanning London, Amsterdam, New York and APAC. We redesigned processes to support the implementation of the new HRIS and managed the interdependencies with the emerging shared services.
